Management Reports
We understand that all organizations have unique payroll reporting requirements. In many organizations, payroll is the largest cost; therefore, understanding the ‘ebb & flow’ of the dollars is critical. DPS has many levels of reporting to meet each client’s needs. Our applications have 4 levels:
- Service Bureau Created Reports – Clients receive standard PayChoice reports each pay period. DPS can customize reports and produce them at any frequency. General Ledger reports are the most frequently requested reports.
- ASCII and CSV Style Reports – Deferred compensation partners often require unique layouts for data. DPS will create reports that allow the client to transmit directly to Third Party Administrators.
- “Do-It-Yourself” Reports – PayChoice Online has reporting capabilities that clients can create and print at their location.
- ViewChoice email Reports – This product is the most exciting reporting tool in payroll today! Through encrypted software, clients are emailed a copy of the payroll reports as soon as the payroll is processed at DPS! ViewChoice Demo
