Dominion Payroll Services's Core Values

What makes DPS different from other service bureaus? DPS believes we offer value in three main categories:

Service
Our local presence allows clients to “touch and feel” the operations, and to have a close relationship with our organization. DPS operates under a dedicated account manager model which provides our clients with one-to-one service. Here at DPS, we are all very proud of our “No Voice Mail Policy”. DPS recognizes that a significant amount of work is required to maintain ‘above the bar’ level of service.

Functional Value
Our goal is to make the payroll process easier for our customers. We recognize that your business is unique and tailor a payroll solution that is best for you. We have features and functionality that impress even the most seasoned payroll professionals.

Pricing
We offer a very simple and predictable fee structure. Clients are billed on a per-payroll basis and once a year for W-2 processing. DPS is usually 20-40% less expensive than national payroll organizations.

Customer Testimonials

Service Center Metals

Service Center Metals Logo"Having done this twice before (with ADP and Paychex), Walter and I were expecting some issues. I am happy to report that we had none worth mentioning. The implementation process was smooth, and both Lauren and Angie were very helpful. Lauren was gracious in training Walter and I, since we can get to be a bit scattered with our questions. Walter and I were even commenting that the transition almost seemed “too easy”. That is a good thing. Plus, our employees like the accessibility over the internet.

While it may take us some time to get used to having our calls returned promptly (much unlike Paychex), I see a good future with DPS and SCM."
