401(k) Remittance

DPS offers a variety of solutions for retirement plan administration to meet remittance requirements from any third party retirement provider. We can customize hard copy and electronic reports to follow your TPA’s requirements. Additionally, we can print checks or create ACH transfers to remit payment on your behalf.

Garnishments and 3rd Party Payments

When you hire new employees, sometimes wage attachments follow.  Rather than leaving our clients to deal with the headache of tracking garnishment deductions and sending checks to agencies, we at DPS take the burden off.  When you receive a new garnishment, lien, levy, or child support, just fax it over.  Our account representatives will set up a unique code for each wage attachment, and when the payroll processes a check will be printed.  At the close of each processing period, our packaging department mails the checks to the appropriate agencies with all of the requisite case information included, relieving you of the risk.

EasyChoice Workers Compensation

This service calculates and deducts Workers’ Compensation premiums on a per payroll basis. It eliminates the need for large lump sum payments at the beginning of the plan year and eases the hassle of year-end audits. This plan allows for better cash flow management and eliminates check writing and down-payments. DPS offers this program through The Hartford, a leader in the business insurance industry. We can also create customized worker’s comp audit reports to meet the requirements of your insurance provider.
