What's the Online Process Look Like?
Payroll is typically submitted to our processing team two business days prior to check date. Once we receive your payroll, the following process occurs:
- A dedicated account representative reviews your client file.
- Checks, direct deposit vouchers, and payroll reports are printed on site.
- An encrypted electronic version of reports and check stubs is posted for download on our Online Employer site.
- Our packaging department stuffs checks and reports in delivery envelopes.
- Your payroll is delivered the following business day via courier or UPS, sent using USPS, or held at our office for pick-up.
- Your payroll account is debited for the amount of your direct deposits and tax payments the day before your check date.
- Employee bank accounts are funded via direct depoist on check date and tax payments are made to all agencies.
- All garnishment and third party payment checks are mailed to the appropriate agencies directly from our office.
This entire process occurs on location at 306 East Main Street in Richmond, Virginia.
