Unlock Your Reports with ViewChoice

ViewChoice is an archiving module that allows you to view, print, and save every payroll report, check stub, W-2, 1099, earning record and payroll tax return processed.  After your payroll processes, reports are posted to our secure website and available for download any time.  Your quarterly reports are posted in a similiar fashion.  In order to view the reports, you need to download the software that reads the encrypted files: ViewChoice.  The instructions for installation are listed step-by-step below, but if you run into any problems you can always call our office for further assistance!

Download ViewChoice

1. When the "File Download" panel appears, click "Run."
2. When the Internet Security panel appears click "Run"  this will initiate the installation package.
3. During the installation, accept all of the default settings.
4. Once ViewChoice installation is complete, a new icon will be installed on your desktop.
5. Double click on the new icon to launch the viewer for the first time and it will ask you to assign and verify a password.
6. Assign and verify the password (preferably the same as PayChoice Online) by entering the same password in both of the boxes
7. Once the password has been assigned and verified, the viewer is ready to use.
8. If the user forgets their password, they will need to uninstall and then reinstall the viewer resetting the password in the process.

Once the viewer is installed, it may be launched by double clicking on any ViewChoice packages received by e-mail or stored on the local PC.
