ViewChoice is an archiving module that allows you to view, print and save every payroll report, check stub, W-2, 1099, earning record and payroll tax return processed for the period selected – monthly, quarterly, or annually.
The installation package for our viewer can be accessed by clicking on the following link:
DPS ViewChoice
- Click on the installation package
above to start the installation process.
- When the "File Download" panel appears, click "Run."
- When the Internet Security panel
appears click "Run" this will initiate the installation package.
- During the installation, accept all
of the default settings.
- Once ViewChoice installation is complete, a new icon will be installed on your desktop.
- Before using ViewChoice for the first time, you must download and run the ViewChoice Patch, just as you did with the software installation package.
- As before, during this process,
accept all defaults.
- When the installation is complete,
close your browser and find the new "ViewChoice" icon on your desktop.
- Double click on the new icon to
launch the viewer for the first time and it will ask you to assign and
verify a
password.
- Assign and verify the password
(preferably the
same as PayChoice Online) by entering the same password in both of the
boxes
- Once the password has been assigned
and verified, the viewer is ready to use.
- If the user forgets their password,
they will need to uninstall and then reinstall the viewer resetting the
password in the process.
