Paper reports detailing department and/or labor allocations print with every payroll to assist you with your general ledger. We also offer CSV and ASCII general ledger reports for your convenience so that you can upload directly to the accounting software you already use.

Easy Access to Balanced Books

For clients who use QuickBooks, our Web G/L program exports and imports your entry after every payroll process. The Web G/L interface provides you (or your accountant) online access to payroll data with every payroll. The software guides you through a one-time set up process for mapping the accounts and determines how to apply your payroll to the general ledger. You can even post earnings, taxes, and deductions to multiple accounts!
